The primary web-server is located in a secure, purpose-built, UK data centre with 24/7 technical support and up-to-date protection against hackers, and if this server or network fails for any reason, users can switch to an equally secure real-time two-way replicated backup server located in Germany with no loss of data whatsoever.

Upload and download contact lists at will — The default contact table structure is geared towards CRM industry standard data including SIC and BLP codes, TPS Reg numbers, and email and post opt-in permissions. Use MS Excel to ensure that your list conforms with the expected structure, then upload it, name it, and your operatives are good to start cleaning the data. When complete, the data can be downloaded as a MS Excel compatible CSV file, which your client can do themselves at any time provided you grant them the appropriate permission.
