cost of basic Site System 2 package
annual hosting
The annual licence/hosting fee for a Site System 2 website is £999 +VAT (£83pm). This does not increase according to the number of pages used. The Site System™ programming code is confidential, therefore your website can only run on our servers, although you can back-up your site content to your Mac or PC at the click of a button.
The ecommerce module is an optional extra and the annual licence/hosting fee for average bandwidth usage is £999 +VAT (additional to the above fee).
initial set-up
Provided your branding requirements do not involve unusual demands upon our time, your site will be set up and designed with your company or product logo and colours for a one-off fee of only £999 +VAT (if applicable, we can follow the branding of your existing website). When complete, you will be given access details for the content management area and you will be free to start adding as many pages as you like, when you like.
The ecommerce module is an optional extra and the set-up costs will depend upon your existing product management infrastructure. The cost to set up a fully functional shop with a new product database ready for you to populate, would be £999 +VAT. However, if you have an existing product database that requires additional programming to interface with it, the set-up cost could be higher. Please note that you will also need an internet merchant account with an acquiring bank, and a Gateway account with PayPoint.net.
